From Clarity to Transformation
This newfound clarity then becomes your superpower. You develop the masterful coaching skills to translate complex science into simple, effective protocols that create real change. You evolve from someone who is interested in health to a credentialed expert who is capable of transforming it—in yourself and in others.
Who is this course for?
Passionate Individuals
For those driven by a deep curiosity about wellness. Those who read the ingredients, who instinctively know there's a smarter way to achieve health. This course takes that passion and builds a clinical framework around it, giving you the structured knowledge and professional authority to turn your natural gifts into real expertise.
Existing Practitioners
Coaches, therapists, personal trainers, or nutritionists looking to add a robust, systems-based methodology to their toolkit. Master the skills of coaching others on nutrition, hormones, and lab testing to elevate your practice and create more profound, lasting results for your clients.
Healthcare Professionals
Nurses, doctors, and clinicians seeking greater autonomy in their work. Gain the specialised wellness expertise to understand the missing piece of how systems are integrated, allowing you to either enhance your current role or take the step towards establishing your own private practice.
Success Stories
For Bruna: From Student to Mother: Managing Endometriosis Through Wellness
After years of struggling with endometriosis, Bruna found her answer at the College of Functional Wellness. Our education empowered her to manage her symptoms and create the wellness she needed to have her baby. Watch her inspiring TEDx talk on her journey.
For Zoe: From Personal Struggle to Professional Success: Building a Thriving Wellness Clinic
Meet our successful postgraduate Zoe Hindle. She's built a thriving practice by turning her personal journey with PMDD into her professional expertise. In her recent podcast appearance, Zoe demonstrates exactly how to attract clients by sharing your authentic story. Learn from her example and transform your own wellness challenges into a successful clinic that helps others feel seen and supported on their healing journey.
Your 3-Phase Pathway to Wellness Expertise
Phase 2: Deepen Your ExpertiseÂ
You will advance to our specialised wellness modules, where you'll master our methodologies, including identifying food intolerances, implementing supplement protocols, and interpreting lab tests to create truly personalised wellness plans. You will also learn to implement specific food strategies depending on your client's health profile. For those specialising in menopause, this is where you'll focus on this specific area of hormonal health.
Your Professional Scope of Practice: Empowerment Within Clear Boundaries
Your role is to empower clients through education, working with the whole person rather than focusing on symptoms or disease. You'll guide them on what's happening using lab testing, and recommend lifestyle changes and supplements. You won't prescribe medications or diagnose conditions - that's the role of medical professionals - but you will refer on when needed.Â
These boundaries aren't limiting—they're liberating. They allow you to focus on what matters most: guiding clients to reclaim their health journey while knowing exactly when and how to refer on. This is the future of healthcare—integrative, respectful, and deeply human.
Informed Choices: Enabling Client Healthcare Advocacy
Lead the charge in transforming healthcare by empowering clients to become active participants in their own wellbeing. You'll clarify the full picture of all hormone options whilst teaching clients to understand medication trade-offs and prepare effectively for doctor appointments. This is about reclaiming agency—supporting clients to return to medical conversations armed with knowledge and the right questions. Times are changing, and healthcare is becoming a partnership rather than a hierarchy. While both diplomas provide this essential education, Menopause Wellness offers deep specialisation through menopausal case studies, while Functional Wellness applies these skills across all populations and life stages.

The Diploma Course Modules
Module 1: The Human Blueprint – Anatomy & Physiology with Pathology
Go beyond memorisation. You’ll develop a deep, functional understanding of how the body’s systems work together, including the study of disease (pathology), so you know what’s happening beneath the surface.
Module 2: Nutrition for Health – The Foundational Science
Master the science of nutrition and learn to translate complex theory into practical, effective protocols. This module moves beyond fads and popular diets to give you a robust, evidence-based understanding of how food truly impacts the body.
Module 3: Foundation Coaching Skills – The Practice of Facilitating Transformation
This is where you learn to be a practitioner. Coaching is not an art; it is a professional skill that can be learned and mastered. This module provides the structured framework and practical experience to facilitate lasting change in your clients.
Module 4:
Functional Wellness – The Systems Approach
This is the heart of our methodology. You’ll learn to see the body as an interconnected system, exploring blood sugars, stress, adrenals, sex hormones, digestion, and immunity. From here, you define your scope: either apply these skills across a wide spectrum of wellness needs or focus your practice entirely as a menopause specialist.
Module 5: Business & Marketing Mastery – Your Blueprint for Success
Being a great practitioner is only half the equation. This module provides the complete business and marketing toolkit to build a thriving practice or integrate your skills into an existing career.

Our Unique Methodologies:Â Learn a System, Not Just a Set of Facts.
We provide you with structured, repeatable frameworks that give you confidence in your recommendations and a clear pathway for your clients.
The Triangle of Hormonal Health
At the core of our training is the understanding that blood sugar hormones, stress hormones, and sex hormones are deeply interconnected. You will learn how imbalances in this "triangle" create a cascade of health issues and master the systemic approach to address them at the root cause for lasting results.
Stages of Wellness
This is our structured approach to client care. It ensures you focus on the right priorities at the right time, preventing overwhelm and promoting self-responsibility. It's the clear roadmap that guides your clients from where they are to where they want to be with confidence and clarity.
Lab Testing
This is where you gain a true professional edge. You will learn how to integrate functional lab testing to move beyond guesswork and create data-driven protocols. We teach you a strategic approach to ordering and interpreting tests like the DUTCH test, GI Maps, SIBO Breath Tests and Thyroid Panels allowing you to analyse a client's hormone profile with precision and either tailor your recommendations or refer on with confidence.Â
