Why Holding Space?
“Holding space” means being physically, mentally, and emotionally present for someone. It means putting your focus on someone to support them as they feel their feelings and being able to process your own triggers and remain entirely non-judgemental.
Becoming conscious in every area of your life is liberating. It will help you break through conditioning, fear, co-dependency, people pleasing and running yourself ragged. You can learn to live a life of honesty and authenticity with the ability to go after your deepest desires confidently whilst holding healthy boundaries.
Stops the Numbing
This course changes everything - work/life balance, how you parent, how you connect with partners, friends and family. You are no longer drawn to “numbing” yourself with food, alcohol, shopping, sex, or gambling. No longer living in a place of self-criticism or self-attack.
And, when you live in this place you can support other people to do the same.
Learn how to Self Parent
