Having a number of ailments and nagging symptoms in my early 20s, I trained in a number of health disciplines including Naturopathic Nutrition and Kinesiology looking for solutions to my health issues.

Once I left marketing management in 2011, I started my Kinesiology clinic and became a foundation teacher for the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in London.

I have been instrumental in creating these courses. I feel strongly that alternative health needs to be backed in science and it is this passion that drives me to research the scientific literature and back up the course content.

My speciality areas include digestion, SIBO, stress and the immune system, having created the protocols for these modules.
